Barcelona probably made one of their best decisions in the club’s history when Pep Guardiola became their head coach in 2008. Jose Mourinho with Real Madrid? We’ll know in a few weeks, maybe even sooner. Guardiola has presided over 14 Clasico matches, losing only once, winning 9 of them. Mourinho has one only one of his ten Claisco encounters.

At the Camp Nou, in the league matches, the Real Madrid picture looks worse – They haven’t managed to score in their last three visits to Barcelona in the La Liga. The overall feeling that this is a must win game for both clubs, and if Real Madrid don’t lose, even draw, the title race is over. A loss, despite still having a one point lead, and they’ll stumble again.
