Houston Rockets – Jeremy Lin Under Used, James Harden Does Too Much
The two stories to look at coming out of the 112-110 Minnesota Timberwolves win over the Houston Rockets? Corey Brewer scoring 51 points in a game that’s probably going to remain his career high, while Kevin McHale continues to trust only James Harden at the moment, resulting in a botched up final play, and continuing to ignore Jeremy Lin.

New York Knicks – Playoffs Still an Option

In one of the most up & down seasons we’ve seen from the New York Knicks in recent years, the playoffs are still something they can reach but it’s not up to the them, as the 108-100 win over the Toronto Raptors keeps them in the race, but with their destiny in someone else’s hands.

Red Sox Over Yankees – Grady Sizemore Destroys a Fading Pitcher

With every game that goes by CC Sabathia looks less and less like someone who can be productive for the New York Yankees as their starting pitcher, giving up a huge three-run homer to Grady Sizemore that helped the Boston Red Sox come away with the 4-2 win an even the series at 1-1.

Miami Heat – LeBron James Taking Care of Business

There have been bigger games for the Miami Heat in recent years, but it felt like at least for this season, there has been no better moment for LeBron James to shine, leading his team to a 98-86 win over the Indiana Pacers, and once again capturing the top spot in the Eastern Conference.

Three Thoughts – Champions League Semifinals

The Champions League semifinals are drawn: Real Madrid vs Bayern Munich & Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea. Plenty of storylines for both the semifinals and all the potential final matchups that can be made.

Pacquiao vs Bradley – Justice Needs to be Done

The previous fight between Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley highlighted a big problem in boxing which is its officiating. It might not be corrupt, or at least not in that case, but it can be extremely awful, resulting in a decision win for Bradley, who knew very well he got beat badly in the fight but obviously wouldn’t admit it. Justice doesn’t mean a bad decision going in Pacquiao’s way, but simply the better fighter in the 12 rounds (or less) actually coming out with his hand on top.

San Antonio Spurs – Business as Usual

What seemed to be one of the best rivalries in the NBA for a while is now quite on sided as the San Antonio Spurs pick up their ninth consecutive win over the Dallas Mavericks (109-100) and on the way setting a new franchise record for wins on the road in a season (30) not to mention moving a step closer towards clinching the top spot in the West.

30 NBA Teams as Pokémon
What does Pokémon have to do with NBA teams? Not a whole lot except for some resemblance between character names and nicknames, but there’s no doubt that this art project that attaches one to each franchise is extremely cool and quite fun to watch.
-
Golden State Warriors – It’s All Falling Apart

It’s hard to see the Golden State Warriors not making the postseason despite their disappointing form of late, but Kenneth Faried hitting a game winner and cancelling out what would have been one by Stephen Curry led the Denver Nuggets to a 100-99 win and plenty of worries for a team that had bigger expectations than struggling to clinch a playoff spot.

Jeremy Lin, Chandler Parsons Isaiah Canaan & Patrick Beverley Re-Enacting Django Unchained

This website usually takes Jeremy Lin business very seriously, but I’m not Greg, so this has nothing do with actual basketball. What is it about? Houston Rockets players – Jeremy Lin, Chandler Parsons Isaiah Canaan & Patrick Beverley repeating a dialogue from the film Django Unchained, with Dwight Howard doing the filming.
