NBA Rumors – Los Angeles Lakers, San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets, New York Knicks, Memphis Grizzlies, Golden State Warriors & Charlotte Bobcats Trying to Sign Anthony Morrow
After his worst NBA season in 2012-2013, Anothony Morrow has half the NBA, and specifically the Los Angeles Lakers, San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets, New York Knicks, Memphis Grizzlies, Golden State Warriors and Charlotte Bobcats interesting in signing him.

NBA Rumors – Cleveland Cavaliers Want to Trade Number One Pick For Luol Deng, Zach Randolph, Thaddeus Young or Ersan Ilyasova
Some teams don’t want to make the most of the luck they had, or simply don’t see the draft as the best way to improve. The Cleveland Cavaliers get to pick at number one in the NBA draft for the second time in three years, but the prospect of Nerlens Noel or Otto Porter isn’t that charming, preferring to make a deal with a team for a forward who can put up points, with Luol Deng (Chicago Bulls), Zach Randolph (Memphis Grizzlies), Thaddeus Young (Philadelphia 76ers) and Ersan Ilyasova (Milwaukee Bucks) coming to mind.

Memphis Grizzlies – Zach Randolph & Marc Gasol Were Overrated
For the first two series in the postseason, Zach Randolph was unstoppable in the post, while Marc Gasol justified his selection as the defensive player of the year, clogging the lane to any drives to the basket while operating at extreme efficiency on the offensive side. Then came the Western Conference Finals, and all the perceptions about the best big-man duo in the NBA were proven wrong.

San Antonio Spurs Will Finish the Series Against the Memphis Grizzlies in a Sweep
The San Antonio Spurs are heading into game 4 with their opponents, the Memphis Grizzlies, already on the ropes. With the way Tim Duncan and Tony Parker have been playing, it seems more than likely that it will also be the game in which the knockout is delivered.
-
Memphis Grizzlies – Zach Randolph Can’t Be the Only Offensive Option
The bag of tricks Lionel Hollins has for his Memphis Grizzlies offense is empty. Mike Conley isn’t good enough to win games simply through scoring, while the more traditional and successful (until the conference finals) of offensive solutions; giving the ball to Marc Gasol as the pivot and Zach Randolph at the post up have simply stopped working.

Tim Duncan is the Key to Everything in the Spurs – Grizzlies Series
How does one play with the notion of divorce hanging over his head? It’s hard to tell, but the Memphis Grizzlies need to hope it does somewhat shake Tim Duncan and sway him towards the negative if they’re hoping to have the smallest of chances and beating the San Antonio Spurs in a series.

Memphis Grizzlies – Can’t Win When You Miss Seven Layups in a Row
It really doesn’t matter that the Memphis Grizzlies were down by 14 points at the moment they missed 7 consecutive layups in one sequence of offense, and that they later managed to tie the game and force overtime. Both Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol couldn’t make the most of the second-chance points opportunities they were given, and lost a game 2 in which they could have stolen home court advantage.

NBA Playoffs – Grizzlies vs Spurs Game 2 Predictions
There’s no way the San Antonio Spurs can hold Zach Randolph to only two points once again. It’s also hard to imagine the Memphis Grizzlies allowing Tony Parker to run wild and go down after the first quarter behind by 17 points, and losing by 22 points. Things don’t work that way in the playoffs, and two days is a whole lot of time between the opener and game 2.

Memphis Grizzlies – Zach Randolph This Bad Makes it Impossible to Win
If Zach Randolph scores only 2 points while shooting a terrible 1-for-8 from the field, it’s as if the Memphis Grizzlies haven’t even shown up to the first game of the Western Conference Finals. To make matters worse, their defense was non-existent compared to usual, as Marc Gasol, Mike Conley, Tony Allen and Tayshaun Prince simply couldn’t keep up with the ball movement and passing they were facing.

NBA Playoffs – Spurs vs Grizzlies Finals Series Predictions
Despite playing against a hurt Oklahoma City Thunder, the Memphis Grizzlies didn’t have it easy, or at least harder than the 4-1 end result suggests. The San Antonio Spurs had a harder time against the Golden State Warriors, needing six games to make it through, but finally figuring out how to stop the three point shooting, while developing an alternative to their big three.
