In one of the best Premier League title races we’ve had in years, Liverpool take the top spot in the Premier League table for now with a 4-0 win over a very bad Tottenham side, following the Younnes Kaboul own goal with strikes from Luis Suarez, Philippe Coutinho and Jordan Henderson.

Match Highlights – Sevilla FC vs Real Madrid
After a long undefeated run, Real Madrid lose for the second time in three days, falling 2-1 against Sevilla after a brilliant performance from Ivan Rakitic, and dropping to third in the table behind their two title race rivals, no longer in control of their championship hopes.

Match Highlights – Liverpool vs Sunderland
Not the best of performances from Liverpool, but they keep their winning streak alive and more importantly remain strong in the title race following a tense 2-1 win over Sunderland, getting two impressive long range goals from Steven Gerrard and Daniel Sturridge.

Match Highlights – Manchester United vs Manchester City
The Manchester Derby was another one sided performance between Manchester United and one of the title contenders, as Manchester City swept them side with a 3-0 win, getting two goals from Edin Dzeko and another one from Yaya Toure.

Match Highlights – West Ham vs Manchester United
It seems like the success in the Champions League has carried over to the Premier League as well for Manchester United, or maybe it’s simply not playing at the Old Trafford, coming away with a 2-0 win over West Ham, getting two goals from Wayne Rooney, including one from the halfway line.

Match Highlights – Cardiff vs Liverpool
This wasn’t clinical from Liverpool as they ran into plenty of trouble against relegation bound Cardiff in Wales, but a 6-3 win with another sublime performance from Luis Suarez and Martin Skrtel keeps them in a reasonable distance from the league leaders and their Premier League title hopes alive.

Match Highlights – Chelsea vs Arsenal
Another big match, another huge failure for Arsenal, beaten by Chelsea 6-0 and it could have been much worse. However, the most memorable moment has nothing to do with goals, but referee Andre Marriner sending off Kieran Gibbs instead of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
