Premier League: Week 2 Results & Table
The three favorites to win the league title, Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea all won, each with its own degree of difficulty. Liverpool showed nothing has changed with an away loss at Burnley, Arsenal bored everyone with a draw at champions Leicester, while Tottenham squeaked with a late goal against Crystal Palace.

The Jose Mourinho debut as manager of Manchester United in a Premier League match went as expected: A win. Not an exciting one, but a powerful one, if that’s even a way to describe. Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored, Wayne Rooney and Juan Mata did too. Eric Bailly looked very good in defense, and overall it was an interesting change compared to the depressing performances of last season.

A great start to the new Premier League season, as champions Leicester City were beaten by Hull City, Manchester City barely won as Pep Guardiola made his debut, Jose Mourinho had a much better start to his Manchester United tenure with Zlatan Ibrahimovic making his mark quickly, while Liverpool survived a thriller in London against Arsenal, Philippe Coutinho leading them with a brace, including the best goal of the weekend.
