Euro 2012 – Day 5 Predictions (Greece – Czech Republic, Poland – Russia)
Back to Group A as Euro 2012 begins its second round of matches, as Russia, the team that produced the best performance out of all 16 teams, try and bring their counter attacking against the pumped up home side, Poland. Greece will try and take advantage of the low morale at the Czech Republic camp with their usual, not so pleasing to watch style.

Euro 2012 – Day 1 Summary (Poland – Greece, Russia – Czech Republic)
We couldn’t have asked for a better day to kick of Euro 2012. Poland and Greece provided us with two goals and two red cards, while Russia showed from the first moment they are the class of this group with an impressive 4-1 thrashing of the Czech Republic after a wonderful performance from Andrei Arshavin and Alan Dzagoev.

Euro 2012 – Day 1 Predictions (Poland – Greece, Russia – Czech Republic)
Euro 2012 finally kicks off in Warsaw’s National Stadium as Poland play Greece, opening the tournament and the Group A competition, and later we’ll get the chance to probably see a better match, with Russia and the Czech Republic going at each other in Wroclaw at the Miejski Stadium.

Euro 2012 – Group A Preview
Group A, consisting of Poland, Czech Republic, Greece and Russia is probably the hardest to predict in the Euro 2012 group stage. Poland relying on their ‘German’ players with a coach known to experiment and surprise; Greece who will probably bore and depress everyone again; the Czech Republic who seem to be impressing no one heading into the tournament; Russia, with an attacking style but with plenty of egos Dick Advocaat needs to handle.

The Crushing We’ve Been Waiting For (All Blacks vs Japan)
This is what All Blacks have been waiting for – a good hard thumping of small (Rugby) nation. Japan haven’t won a World Cup match since 1991 and were out of this game three minutes in, after Conrad Smith opened the scoring. It ended with a 83-7 win, with Richard Kahui and Sonny Bill Williams, to the pleasure of the ladies, both scoring two tries.

2010 World Cup Diary – Day 12
We have our first four – Uruguay beat Mexico and will face South Korea (drew 2-2 with Nigeria) while the perfect Argentina (2-0 vs Greece) will meet the Mexicans in the last 16. South Africa put a smile on the home fans, knocking off France’s disgraceful side, plus all the goals and best pics + cutest fan of the day.
