2014 NFL Season – Week 2 Power Rankings
The Super Bowl champions have lost, which means that despite not having the smoothest of victories, the Denver Broncos look like the team to beat at the moment, followed by a very solid Cincinnati Bengals who lost their best wide receiver. At the bottom of the tower stand the pathetic Oakland Raiders, getting a strong competition from the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

We’re left with only one undefeated team in the 2013 NFL Season: The Kansas City Chiefs, which naturally places them on top of the league’s power rankings, as the Denver Broncos have been playing less than perfect for weeks, finally caught by the best of the “dark horse” Super Bowl contenders, the Indianapolis Colts.

With week 4 gone by, the field of truly elite teams on a regular season scale narrows down, as the Denver Broncos distinguish themselves as the best in the league with another huge win, while the New England Patriots put themselves back in the discussion as Tom Brady figures out his receiving crew for the first time. The Seattle Seahawks are showing signs of offensive inconsistency, but just like the Kansas City Chiefs, their defense is strong enough to keep them in games.
