New York Giants – Back to Super Bowl Form
For pretty much the first half of the season, the New York Giants looked like the same team that won the Super Bowl last year; great defense and an Eli Manning who steps up in the fourth quarter each and every time. Then came a slide, and the usual doubts. Now, it seems the Giants have found the right formula to put them back on track.

Chicago Bears – Jay Cutler Finally Gets Some Protection
It’s not that Jay Cutler was so great upon his return after taking a week and two quarters off after a concussion. Still, the quarterback is better than anything else the Chicago Bears can field instead of him, and with the usual help of the best defense in the NFL, the losing streak ended and the playoffs are once again a very short distance away.

2012 NFL Season – Week 12 Predictions
Thanksgiving weekend means a shorter Sunday schedule, but still plenty of prime action. The New York Giants host the Green Bay Packers and the red hot Aaron Rodgers on Sunday Night, while the Chicago Bears try to stop the slide against division rivals Minnesota Vikings and the Atlanta Falcons trying to remain the best in the NFC facing a streaking Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

New England Patriots – Tom Brady vs the Bizarro Him
Not having any kind of quarterback controversy (among other problems) like his rivals made it another easy day for Tom Brady. The New England Patriots have quite a few faults that might (and should) keep them from winning the Super Bowl, but for Brady and Belichick, there’s plenty in the arsenal to rule the AFC East.

Buffalo Bills – When Ryan Fitzpatrick Doesn’t Turn it Over
Sometimes, a few good things come together for the Buffalo Bills. The defense finally showed up, getting 3 sacks and forcing three turnovers, while the highly erratic Ryan Fitzpatrick played his most conservative game this season while special teams did all of the scoring.

2012 NFL Season – Dolphins vs Bills Predictions
The AFC East is about the difference in classes. There’s the good, the always good, New England Patriots. There are the New York Jets, who get tons of publicity but haven’t been doing much beyond that lately. And there are the two forgotten franchises, who forgot what a postseason tastes like: The Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills.
-
Dallas Cowboys – Thinking About the Playoffs Again
One win, and everything gets turned around. The defense creating sacks, turnovers and touchdowns. Tony Romo doesn’t turn the ball over two weeks in a row. Dez Bryant finally gets a break. Jason Witten keeps being the most reliable target in the NFL. The Dallas Cowboys are still only 4-5, but they feel confident once again.

Chicago Bears – Jay Cutler Is Anything But Soft
After being on the receiving end of a cheap shot from Tim Dobbins, Jay Cutler kept on playing, despite the concussion, before finally being taken out of the game. After his concussion on Sunday night it’s 3 and 9. He didn’t see anyone open so he just ran up the middle for 11 yards and the first down. No slide; just running till a defender brought him down.

2012 NFL Season – Week 10 Power Rankings
Finally, a change at the top. With the Atlanta Falcons losing for the first time this season there’s no longer an obligation to put them at first. The Houston Texans, with the most impressive win of the week after beating the Chicago Bears on the road, deserve to be labeled as the best team in the NFL 10 weeks into the 2012 season.

Philadelphia Eagles – Is it the Time for Nick Foles
No longer a matter of if, but a matter of when. Nick Foles played his first game in the NFL, unable to stop the Philadelphia Eagles from losing for the fifth time in a row and putting even more pressure on Andy Reid, looking like a man who knows he’s not going to keep his job at the end of the season.
