Howard Webb missed the vicious step on Parker’s head, and the villainous Italian scored the injury time penalty, giving the league leaders a dramatic 3-2 win.

Frank Lampard came off the bench to score Chelsea’s winner over Manchester City, beating the league leaders for the first time in the Premier League this season 2-1. Mario Balotelli scored the opener after 60 seconds, Raul Meireles, later substituted by Lampard, equalized for Chelsea.
