NBA Rumors – Orlando Magic Interested in Trading for David Lee
After two consecutive seasons of finishing near the bottom of the Eastern Conference, the Orlando Magic want to regain some respectability as a franchise, and will be looking for more than just young players this offseason. Aside from their hopes of landing a great player in the upcoming draft, they’ve been showing quite a lot of interest in David Lee, who the Golden State Warriors are willing to trade.

NBA Draft Lottery – Cleveland Cavaliers Have a Rare Amount of Luck
If the NBA is hoping that people stop suggesting that the draft lottery is rigged, they need to think of something else, as the Cleveland Cavaliers came out as the number one pick from the raffle for the third time in four years despite having only a 1.7% to get it. The Milwaukee Bucks, the worst team in the league last season, get the second pick, followed by the Philadelphia 76ers, Orlando Magic and Utah Jazz.

Golden State Warriors – Stephen Curry Taking Care of Business
The 103-89 win for the Golden State Warriors over the Orlando Magic wasn’t all about Stephen Curry. Klay Thompson and David Lee both shot pretty well from the floor, and Steve Blake did a very good job off the bench to help out the second unit. However, the focus, as usual, should go to the starting point guard in another sublime shooting performance.

San Antonio Spurs – Best Basketball in the NBA Right Now
Winning six consecutive games, getting everyone back from injury and not letting a huge win over the defending NBA champoints go to their heads, following it up with a 121-112 victory against the Orlando Magic as Tony Parker & Manu Ginobili bring out their best, as the San Antonio Spurs make it a three way-tie for the best record in the NBA.

Miami Heat – LeBron James & The No Fun Mask
The NBA didn’t approve of LeBron James wearing a black mask to protect his face, so he donned a less entertaining version. The result was the same: A good game for the league’s defending MVP, while the Miami Heat won again, having no trouble whatsoever beating the Orlando Magic 112-98.

Orlando Magic – Victor Oladipo Loves the Big Games
This is turning out to be quite an impressive stretch for the Orlando Magic, taking down the two conference leaders in the span of three days: First the Oklahoma City Thunder with a buzzer beating dunk and then the Indiana Pacers, as Victor Oladipo brings his team back from way behind to win the game backed by an impressive fourth quarter from the rookie.

Orlando Magic – Tobias Harris Introduces the Buzzer Beating Dunk
The Orlando Magic aren’t going anywhere this season like the Oklahoma City Thunder, but it doesn’t mean they can’t have their big moments, coming with a big win over the Western leaders as Tobias Harris pulled off a buzzer-beating dunk for the 103-102 victory, galvanized by some excellent second half defense, lead by Victor Oladipo.

Boston Celtics – Rajon Rondo Finally Putting the Injury Behind Him
It’s only a win over the Orlando Magic, and the Boston Celtics aren’t going anywhere anyhow. However, seeing Rajon Rondo shoot, move and pass like he did in the 96-89 has been one of the more pleasing moments for those following the team this season.
-
Brooklyn Nets – Not Surprising Anyone Anymore
This isn’t a fluke and not a passing trend. The Brooklyn Nets can’t stop winning in 2014, beating the Orlando Magic 101-90 thanks to some excellent third quarter defense as the team seems to be answering all the problems that plagued them through the first couple of months.

Chicago Bulls – Jimmy Butler Doesn’t Get Tired
There was more than one unique thing to focus on during the 128-125 win by the Chicago Bulls against the Orlando Magic in triple overtime. Some of it was the clutch shooting by Mike Dunleavy, Glen Davis, Jameer Nelson and Tony Snell; however, Jimmy Butler playing 60 minutes defies logic and stands out more than anything else.
