Derrick Rose went down, and the Chicago Bulls saw a big chunk of their title hopes disappear. LeBron James put on a huge show to open the Heat’s title run. Kevin Durant showed just how clutch he is against the stubborn Dallas Mavericks. The Orlando Magic stunned the Indiana Pacers, but nothing seemed to be as impactful as Rose tearing his ACL.

Chicago Bulls, the Best Fourth Quarter Team in the East
The Chicago Bulls have the edge above everybody else in the East when it comes to fourth quarters. It doesn’t even matter if Derrick Rose plays or not, averaging 1.07 points per possession in the fourth quarter, limiting opponents to 0.956 in the fourth. The league average is 1.02.

2012 NBA Western Conference Playoff Scenario
Just under two weeks left in the NBA season and as usual, the playoff scene between the West and East couldn’t be any more different. Only two teams have to battle it out in the East – The Knicks and Bucks, while out West, it’s a tight race once again between the Dallas Mavericks, Utah Jazz, Denver Nuggets, Houston Rockets and the Phoenix Suns.
