A new investigation by FIFA into the events of the 1978 World Cup, especially the circumstances of Argentina’s 6-0 win over Peru which has been surrounded by suspicions for over 30 years, has people in the Netherlands actually dreaming of getting their first World Cup. Knowing FIFA, nothing will probably happen with the whole inquiry.
