There’s not a lot to be impressed about from Northern Illinois except for Jordan Lynch. When he’s stopped, there’s really nothing to see. Utah State put their impressive defensive abilities on show, beating the Huskies 21-14 in the Poinsettia Bowl.

Florida State Seminoles – EJ Manuel & Lonnie Pryor Enjoy Final Game
For about a half, maybe even more, the Northern Illinois Huskies, the team many people, including some working for the Orange Bowl, said shouldn’t even be in the BCS Bowl, stayed in the game. But two turnovers ruined their hopes, while EJ Manuel and Lonnie Pryor had a proper send off to their College Football career.

Orange Bowl – Northern Illinois vs Florida State Predictions
They call them BCS busters, but Northern Illinois still doesn’t feel to welcomed by the national media to the Orange Bowl after a remarkable season in the MAC. Florida State keep thinking about what could have been if it wasn’t for that loss, but eventually had to settle for the ACC title, which is more than they’ve achieved in previous seasons.
