Top five European Guards in the NBA 2020
Slowly the players outside the US soil are taking over the NBA league. We’saw that in the previous year, with four of five KIA Award winners coming from the other side of the border. We are here to pick the best European guards in the league right now, so better be prepared. 5) Evan Fournier […]

NBA Rumors – Minnesota Timberwolves & New York Knicks in Trade Discussions Over Ricky Rubio
While the New York Knicks are perhaps looking for a way to improve immediately and make the playoffs now, one team that might be offering something they’d be interested in are the Minnesota Timberwolves, willing to take calls regarding a Ricky Rubio trade.

Minnesota Timberwolves – Ricky Rubio Plays for Flip, Kobe Bryant and Lou Williams Help in Their Own Way
Getting over the loss of Flip Saunders, one of the most important figures in the history of the Minnesota Timberwolves, is going to be very difficult. Starting the season with a 112-111 win over the Los Angeles Lakers, as Ricky Rubio plays like someone with something to prove finally, while Kobe Bryant shows he doesn’t change and Lou Williams misses an easy winning shot, is a nice way to at least forget about the sadness.

NBA Rumors – Minnesota Timberwolves Interested in Drafting D’Angelo Russell & Trading Ricky Rubio?
Despite everyone being so convinced the Minnesota Timberwolves will draft a big man with their number one overall pick, there’s a chance they go in a different direction: Taking D’Angelo Russell (point guard) out of Ohio State which will lead to trading Ricky Rubio.

Ricky Rubio is Stunned by the Nonsense Nikola Pekovic Says
Maybe it was the win that got Nikola Pekovic giddy, but the Minnesota Timberwolves center made no sense when speaking to the media after beating the Brooklyn Nets, shocking/amusing Ricky Rubio who was sitting right next to him, not exactly sure what he was hearing.

Minnesota Timberwolves – Too Young & Fast For the Old Brooklyn Nets
What’s better to have in the NBA – youth or experience? Probably depends on the talent. The Brooklyn Nets have guys who used to be great, but not so much anymore. Minnesota Timberwolves – More Than Just the Most Fun Team in the NBA
It’s not quite clear how good the Minnesota Timberwolves will be this season, but adding Andrew Wiggins to this team to go along with Ricky Rubio, rookie Zach LaVine and generally having a creative and very fast group coming together might be the most fun team to watch in the league this season, although playing against the sad tank job of the Philadelphia 76ers isn’t exactly indicative of anything, especially in the preseason.

Minnesota Timberwolves – Andrew Wiggins Shows There’s Plenty to be Excited About
The number one draft pick in 2014 wasn’t on the winning side of his NBA preseason debut, but Andrew Wiggins did everything expected of him and more playing his first game for the Minnesota Timberwolves as they lost to the Indiana Pacers. Who knows, maybe his abilities will be able to hide the fact that Ricky Rubio still looks awful when it comes to scoring.

Miami Heat – Trouble in a Former Paradise
No matter how you try and spin, the Miami Heat look like an inferior bunch to the one from last season. Following their 122-121 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves which slightly falls on the shoulders of Mario Chalmers and his free throw misses they’re still leading the Eastern conference, but mostly because their rivals for that spot are in an even bigger slump.

Minnesota Timberwolves – Ricky Rubio Finds Out He Can Score
It might have been Kevin Love that scored the game winning shot for the Minnesota Timberwolves as they beat the Dallas Mavericks 123-122 in overtime, but Ricky Rubio having his best game of the season, which included more than just assists and showtime was undoubtedly the big story to take out of an entertaining encounter.
