Liverpool Signing Samuel Eto’o Sounds like a Terrible Idea
The British media has been reporting quite a bit over the last 24 hours reading alleged talks between Liverpool and non-other than Samuel Eto’o, currently without a team. While he does have an impressive record and can still be useful at times, signing him would be a terrible decision.

Jose Mourinho – Right & Wrong, Always a Bit of Both
Did anyone really expect Jose Mourinho to apologize to the media and public for his comments on his Chelsea strikers and the quip he made about Samuel Eto’o? This is a man who admits nothing, confesses to nothing, with the two most important things on his mind being the success of his team and his own personal image. Decency? Honesty? Morals? That’s for inferior managers.

Chelsea FC – Jose Mourinho Insulting His Strikers
There was no intention on Jose Mourinho’s part for his comments on Chelsea’s striker issues and specifically a joke about Samuel Eto’o to be “on the record” but he was taped nonetheless by Canal Plus, leaving the manager quite furious about a private conversation turning into public, leaving him in an uncomfortable spot with some of his players.

Chelsea FC – Eden Hazard Showcasing the Full Package
This is what Chelsea expected to see at some point from Eden Hazard when they first signed him – not just a hat-trick, but pretty much dominating every time he touched the ball, showing his full diversity of talents, from being a speedy winger to even a target man when necessary.

Chelsea FC – Jose Mourinho & Samuel Eto’o Take Care of Business
On the pitch, it was Samuel Eto’o that won the match for Chelsea, being quicker than everyone in body and mind. On the sidelines, Jose Mourinho didn’t do anything exactly genius or new, but his work from before the match was enough to give his team another little edge to earn the victory.

Match Highlights – Chelsea vs Manchester United
A victorious day for Chelsea and Samuel Eto’o, winning 3-1 against Manchester United, with David Moyes having yet another moment that he’d rather forget from this season, which included watching Nemanja Vidic getting sent off in the final minutes of the match.

Jose Mourinho Loves Lying & Being a Bad Winner
Football managers don’t tell the truth. They say whats serves themselves and their team. Not all are like this, but the successful ones are usually are. Jose Mourinho knows Liverpool were robbed and wronged by a clear foul Smauel Eto’o performed on Luis Suarez. However, being the classy person he is, he preferred gloating in his victory and then calling the Uruguayan player a diver and a cheat.

Chelsea FC – Strikers Still Not Scoring, Especially on Away Matches
It wasn’t that surprising to see Chelsea finish an away match against a top 4 club without scoring or trying that hard to get the goal either. It’s even less surprising that the scoreless run by their strikers, which at the moment consists of the Fernando Torres, Samuel Eto’o and Demba Ba bunch, couldn’t get a goal on an away match, a consistent trend going through all of 2013.

Chelsea FC – Andre Schurrle Can’t Make Up For a Soft Team
One of the interesting things about the makeup of this Chelsea team in comparison to the one Jose Mourinho had during his first tenure at the club is physicality. There’s plenty of talent in the modern version – Andre Schurrle, Eden Hazard, Juan Manuel Mata and others. However, too many of those he had a few years ago have grown weaker and slower during that time, while other new faces are simply too soft for his own vision of how this team should look like.

Chelsea FC – Jose Mourinho Keeps Making Rotation Mistakes
Handling a deep squad shouldn’t be something Jose Mourinho struggles to do, but it seems that either the November curse that always strikes Chelsea or simply the Portuguese manager still not having a full grasp of what’s going on right under his nose is costing his team points both in Europe and in the Premier League, plenty of times due to his own mistakes and sometimes prejudice against certain players.
