The first weekend of the NBA season ends with the Atlanta Hawks beating the Charlotte Hornets (again), LaMarcus Aldridge finally giving the San Antonio Spurs a big game, the Miami Heat being the next in line to beat up the Houston Rockets, the Milwaukee Bucks remaining winless, the Chicago Bulls playing ugly and still winning, the Oklahoma City Thunder with Kevin Durant still scoring big and the Dallas Mavericks being the next in line to easily go through Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers.

2015 College Football Season – Week 9 Rankings
Not a lot of action or movement in the top 25 following week 9, with five of the top 7 not playing, which keeps Ohio State, Baylor, Clemson, LSU and TCU in the top 5, in that order as well. No one new joining the top 10 while Notre Dame move up at the expense of Stanford, while North Carolina make it in for the first time this season and Texas A&M make it back, all at the expense of the ACC, with Pittsburgh and Duke getting bumped.

The Denver Broncos showed their defense is for real in a massive, dominant win over the Green Bay Packers while the New England Patriots kept dominating the AFC East, the Seattle Seahawks escaped Dallas with a win, the New York Giants somehow lost a no-defense-athon to the New Orleans Saints and the sad season of the Detroit Lions and San Francisco 49ers continued without any interruptions.
