Michael Turner Celebrated Falcons Win over Broncos With DUI
It wasn’t the best of games for Michael Turner, as the Atlanta Falcons beat the Denver Broncos 27-21; it hasn’t been the best of starts for the running back in 2012. What happened after the game was even worse, with Turner being arrested and charged with driving under the influence in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

Atlanta Falcons – Matt Ryan Can Win Without Michael Turner
Some teams need their quarterback to do well, others are based on their running game. Last season, the Falcons needed Michael Turner to dominate to pull of wins, eventually stopped, once again, in the first game of the postseason. Monday night against the Broncos, it was a combination of Matt Ryan efficiency and defensive interceptions that paved the way to a 2-0 start to the season.

Denver Broncos – Peyton Manning Tasting Failure
The past is meaningless in sports, for the athletes at least. No matter how you did your entire career and in the previous week, it’s a whole new game every time you step out onto the field. Peyton Manning wasn’t ready; the Denver Broncos weren’t ready for such a first quarter. Too much to overcome in their 27-21 loss to the Atlanta Falcons.

Miami Dolphins – Reggie Bush is Better Than Ever Before
The Miami Dolphins were secretly getting ready for an 0-16 season. Having a rookie quarterback in Ryan Tannehill doesn’t usually give a boost of confidence to an already troubled franchise, but maybe there’s a bit more light at the end of tunnel than previously thought, with Reggie Bush leading the way for once.

New York Giants – Eli Manning Loves Fourth Quarters
He didn’t get hurt on the final kneel-down, despite all the noise around it. Eli Manning survived a terrible first half, throwing three interceptions, making up for it in the final quarter with two touchdown passes, completing another fourth quarter comeback for the Giants in a wild 34-31 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Griffin vs Luck – Week 2 Reversal
The numbers this week? Very similar, with Andrew Luck throwing a bit better than Robert Griffin III, and more importantly, getting his first career victory in the NFL thanks to Adam Vinatieri hitting a field goal from 53 yards with 8 second left, while the Redskins lost in St. Louis to the Rams. Luck got […]

2012 College Football Season – Week 3 Rankings
Back to the SEC, Alabama-LSU 1-2 thing. This was the case last season on 8 of the rankings, although LSU were the number one team until they lost in the national championship game. The big moves this time were Notre Dame, moving up 11 spots after beating Michigan State; and Stanford, stunning USC 21-14, making a 12 place climb.

2012 College Football – Week 3 Photo Gallery
The upsets continue in week 3 – While the national champions, Alabama, cruised against Arkansas with another shutout and LSU had another cupcake to roll over at home, USC lost at Stanford, with their national title aspirations taking a huge hit; meanwhile, the most dramatic ending to a game you might have seen recently resulted in a 24-21 win for Utah over BYU.

2012 College Football Season – Week 3 Predictions
Week 3 of the 2012 college football season gives us three games between top 25 teams: Notre Dame playing Michigan State, number 2 USC facing Stanford and Florida travelling to Tennessee, while national champions and number one team in the nation, Alabama, travel to face a beaten and possibly Arkansas team who will be without their starting quarterback.

Chicago Bears – Jay Cutler at his Absolute Worst
He’s had bad games before, but this one something special. Not just getting sacked 7 times by the Green Bay Packers, as the Chicago Bears went down 23-10 in Lambeau Field. Not just Jay Cutler getting intercepted four times while posting a 28.2 quarterback rating. But it was the over-confidence in pregame, and the terrible behavior to his linesmen during the defeat.
