  • No December Curse For Tony Romo in Tampa (Cowboys vs Buccaneers)

Tony Romo put the losing streak and the criticism behind him, not needing any fourth quarter composure to win. He threw for three touchdowns and ran for one more in the first two quarters, leading the Dallas Cowboys to a 31-15 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

  • Insulting Tom Brady by Comparing Him to Tim Tebow

Tim Tebow is the hottest name right now in American Sports, adding win after win despite the criticism of his ability and style. It doesn’t mean that the Broncos’ quarterback, despite the wins, is anywhere near as good as Tom Brady, arguably the best QB in the NFL.

  • Eli Manning and December Syndrome in Dallas (Giants vs Cowboys)

The New York Giants jump started their playoff hopes once again and ruined it for the Cowboys, beating Dallas 37-34 despite a great Tony Romo day, with Eli Manning leading an incredible fourth quarter comeback and Jason Pierre-Paul blocking a potentially game-tying field goal.

  • Robert Griffin is an Unconventional but Deserving Heisman Trophy Winner

Robert Griffin III became the first player from the Baylor Bears to ever win the Heisman Trophy award, beating Andrew Luck and others from traditional College Football powers after a fantastic breakout season, leading the Bears to a 9-3 record and a top 25 finish for the first time since 1986.

  • The Green Bay Packers Defense is Underrated

Aaron Rodgers is leading the Green Bay Packers to a 12-0 start following their Super Bowl because of the points and turnovers his defense creates, not despite of the yards they give up.

  • Last Rant About Oklahoma State and Alabama

It’s been a few weeks now that we’ve been complaining about the whole Alabama getting chosen over Oklahoma State thing. It was easy to foresee, as it’s always easy to forsee the BCS making the money choice instead of the right choice, which happens to be the popular choice through the vrious polls conducted around the internet. The Cowboys deserved to play against LSU for the national title, not Alabama.

  • Tim Tebow Madness Going Overboard

Tim Tebow for MVP? That’s just too much. Leading the Denver Broncos on a five game winning streak is one thing, but this bandwagon is built on some shaky foundation.

  • 2011 College Football Season – BCS Standings

The Week 14 BCS Standings, the final BCS standings of the 2011 College Football regular season gave us another reason to push for a playoff, as Alabama, despite not playing for the conference title and not playing in the last week got to remain second in the nation and will play LSU for the national title. Oklahoma State, despite beating Oklahoma and winning the Big 12, will settle for the Fiesta Bowl.

  • 2011 College Football Rankings – Week 14

LSU did what it had to do to remain number one in the nation with a 42-10 win over Georgia in the SEC Championship Game. Oklahoma State won the Big 12 with a huge 44-10 win over Oklahoma to win the Big 12. They remained at number 3 in the AP rankings, meaning Alabama, despite not playing, stay as the number 2 team in the nation and will probably, despite already losing to LSU this season, play the Tigers for the national title.

  • 2011 College Football Week 14 – Let’s Hope the BCS Gets it Right

Championship Week around College Football gave us another convincing LSU win (over Georgia) to win the SEC and Oklahoma State beating Oklahoma in the Bedlam series, meaning these two should play in the BCS national title game. Funny thing is, the BCS system might give us another Alabama – LSU match, which would be a shame.
