Blake Griffin – The Dunk That Didn’t Count

Nothing new about Blake Griffin delivering at least one noteworthy and embbeding worthy dunk, at least once, in each Los Angeles Clippers game this year. He did it again in the Clippers’ loss last night to the Suns (108-99), dunking over Marcin Gortat in what should be one of the best plays of the week and a gem in Griffin’s ever expanding highlight film from his rookie year. Not this time, as Gortat took the charge and got the refs approval. Blake Griffin got fouled out (second time in three games) and the Clippers lost the game. For dunks this nice, no charging should be called. And there was a feeling, especially in the end, that the zebras had it in for Griffin.
