The 2016 MLB postseason is set, with both the Baltimore Orioles and Toronto Blue Jays clinching their wild card spot in the American League, joining the Boston Red Sox, Cleveland Indians and Texas Rangers. In the National League, the San Francisco Giants will play in the wild card game against the New York Mets, joining the already set Chicago Cubs, Washington Nationals and Los Angeles Dodgers.

Toronto Blue Jays 2  Boston Red Sox 1: Aaron Sanchez improved to 15-2 this season while Devon Travis and Troy Tulowitzki provided the RBIs for the win, clinching the playoff spot.

Houston Astros 1  Los Angeles Angels 8: Jefry Marte hit his 15th home run, while Mike Trout picked up his 100th RBI of the season, all while Jhoulys Chacin struck out 7 in 7 innings.

Baltimore Orioles 5  New York Yankees 2: Matt Wieters hit two home runs while Kevin Gausman had an efficient enough 7.1 innings to help the Orioles clinch a wild card game berth.

Tampa Bay Rays 6  Texas Rangers 4: The Rays get 13 hits on their final game of the season, winning in the 10th inning with a run off a wild pitch and Curt Casali hitting an RBI double.

Miami Marlins 7  Washington Nationals 10: Max Scherzer has a huge day with 4 RBIs while earning win number 20 this season, striking out 7 in 5 innings of work.

New York Mets 2  Philadelphia Phillies 9: Ryan Howard played his final game in Phillies uniform, going 0-for-4. His teammates had a better day at the plate.

Los Angeles Dodgers 1  San Francisco Giants 7: The Dodgers gave the Giants no problem, getting swept in the final series of the season, enjoying three RBIs from Buster Posey while Matt Moore showed what a good pickup he was at the deadline.

Minnesota Twins 6  Chicago White Sox 3: Byron Buxton and Miguel Sano hit home runs while Chris Sale’s poor second half of the season continued with a rough showing, possibly his last for the White Sox.

Oakland Athletics 3  Seattle Mariners 2: Felix Hernandez had another bad day on the mound in a disappointing season, as a first-inning home run by Stephen Vogt set the train going.

Detroit Tigers 0  Atlanta Braves 1: The Tigers didn’t have much of a shot as 12 of their batters got struck out by Julio Teheran, allowing only 3 hits in 7 innings.

Chicago Cubs 7  Cincinnati Reds 4: Their 103rd win of the season, scoring two runs in the 9th, including home runs by Miguel Montero and Wilson Contreras.

Milwaukee Brewers 6  Colorado Rockies 4: Andrew Susac hit a two run homer in the 10th to win the game.

San Diego Padres 2  Arizona Diamondbacks 3: Brandon Drury hit a home run to tie the game in the 8th, and in the 9th Phil Gosselin hit an RBI single to center, winning the game.

Cleveland Indians 3  Kansas City Royals 2: Francisco Lindor hit a sacrifice fly in the 8th inning to win the game, as the Indians close out the season with 94 wins.

Pittsburgh Pirates 4  St. Louis Cardinals 10: The Cards miss the postseason for the first time since 2010 despite a big offensive day against the Pirates, which included a 3-run homer by Matt Carpenter.
