Few things bring out meme making talent at its finest than a dysfunctional Golden State Warriors moment, like the heated argument between Kevin Durant and Draymond Green.
A loss to the Los Angeles Clippers was put aside, with the focus, at least from the media and fans POV, being Green and Durant arguing on the bench after Green didn’t pass Durant the ball that perhaps cost the Warriors a chance to win a game in regulation (they lost in overtime). Andre Iguodala, Klay Thompson and DeMarcus Cousins tried to get in the way. Rumors suggest the beef continued in the locker room after the game.
The juiciest piece of gossip from the whole affair is Green repeatedly calling Durant a ‘Bitch’, in front of the camera and off of it after Durant told him that after grabbing the rebound, he needs to ‘Give Him the Motherfucking Ball!’
As always, Warriors drama is always blown out of proportion, but perhaps Durant calling out Green woke something inside the latter, who allegedly repeated with blasting Durant about his impending free agency. For those waiting for the Warriors dynasty to fall apart, this is a golden moment, but not necessarily something that will actually have any long-term implications.
