Best Fantasy Premier League Tips For Gameweek 3

Gameweek 3 in FPL is around the corner and a lot of managers are still whipping away the tears for missing out on Heung-min Son scoring four goals in gameweek 2.

With 44 goals during 10 matches in the last fixture, managers are looking to straighten their attack. We will probably see a lot of managers using their wildcard chip to capitalize on price risers. It’s also a great chance to get rid of players that are underperforming like Doherty, Vinagre, Che Adams, Armstrong (basically almost all Southampton assets).

In order to climb up the rankings or set yourself to win your private/public league, here are some of the best FPL Tips to follow for gameweek 3.

1.Wolves players are good for your team

Wolves’ next matches in the premier league look easy on paper, they are facing Westham United, Fulham, Leeds United, Newcastle, and Crystal Plance next. Jimenez is looking essential. There are also other great options such as Traore, Saiss, Boly, Neto and Podence.

In addition, Wolves aren’t playing Europe league this year so they can concentrate on the league efforts. If you aren’t wildcarding this week you can hold on some Wolves assets but you will probably need to get at least 1-2 Wolves players in your team for the Fulham game.

2. Mohamed Salah can punish.

The Egyptian King delivered big time in the first gameweek with a hat-trick, but didn’t play well in the last gameweek and “let” Mane get all of the points. However, don’t give up on Salah just yet. Don’t be surprised to see Mu Salah ends up with a brace against Arsenal, as Salah loves scoring against them.

3. Son must be in your team.

There are a lot of managers that took Son out for Marcus Rashford or Bruno Fernandes last week, and still can’t overcome Son’s 25 points.

Honestly, Son seems like a must-have this season. It’s time to get him in especially vs. Newcastle United. If you don’t have Son in your team at least get Kane in, if you don’t have neither of them, you are in trouble.

4. Kevin De Bruyne Is Essential

De Bryune’s upcoming fixtures may not be seen so promising as Manchester City are going to face some good teams like Leicester City. However, De Bruyne is fixture-proof, and his assists and goals will keep coming. Kevin is also taking penalties for Manchester City which will help him to get more goals this year, it’s time to get him in.

5. It’s OK to use the Wildcard Chip

If your team has many players who aren’t performing well, players who have been sent-off last week, or injured players now it’s the right time to use your wildcard chip, don’t wait. The Wildcard chip unlike other chips in the game can be used twice during the season (near the end of December you will be able to use this chip again).

Wildcard is a great way to get players such as DCL, Hamez, Zaha, Son, Bamfrod, Salah, Justin, Mitchel, James and KDB who are performing well in your team, it also allows you to plan ahead and get players with good upcoming fixtures.

6. Don’t give up on Werner just yet

Timo Werner, Chelsea’s new striker, almost got another assist this week but Jorginho missed his penalty kick leaving managers who owns Timo with only 2 points. Although Werner didn’t score just yet, and isn’t justifying his high cost, luckily for him he is facing West Brom in gameweek 3. West Brom already conceded 8 goals this year and lost all of their games, so I won’t be surprised to see Timo with more than 2 goals this gameweek. Timo Werner can be a great caption choice as well. (so as Son and Salah).
