The Haka is probably one of the most famous traditions in Rugby Union, performed by the New Zealand All-Blacks before every match. A war chant, probably made a long long time ago by some Mauri chief, most people would have to agree that it is one of the coolest things in sports.
Now, you don’t need to watch from the stadium or couch through your telly and think to yourself – “Man, I wish I knew how to do the Haka…” Well, of course you can watch a video on you tube over and over again until you got the routine perfectly sewn up in that tiny brain of yours. But illustrations, black on white, work better for me. I’m sure this will be much more helpful.
Hey, if you prefer the live version to be your tutor, we won’t deny you using it –

I might be wrong, but there’s a lot of different type of Hakas. Some are even ban because too violent.
Here’s a vid of NZ-France. It’s the national anthem + the Haka. Quater finals of world cup.

If you want to skip the anthens and watch the Haka , go to 4:30
@Sando There are quite a few versions, including the one with the thumb to the throat. Even ancient traditions need refreshing from time to time.
