Metalist’s Cristian Villagra Scores Goal From Over 60 Meters Out

Cristian Villagra doesn’t usually score goals, and rarely ones worth noting. Friendly matches tend to bring out the best from some players, and although Villagra had a lot of help from Dinamo Moscow’s keeper with this one, his incredible goal from more than 60 meters out is quite impressive, to say the least.

The Argentinian left back has been playing, with two international matches on his resume, has been playing for the Ukrainian club Metalist Kharkiv since 2010, scoring two league goals in his short career after leaving River Plate.

In the friendly match against the Russians, Villagra turned an ordinary free kick which usually becomes a shot pass or an expected long ball into a spectacular goal, which we can guarantee you he won’t score again in his career, despite being only 26, winning an early spot in the goals of the year lists.
