Kei Kamara With the Best St. Patrick’s Day Goal Celebration

Kei Kamara likes playing against the New England Revolution, with a tendency to score against the club since he began his MLS career with the Columbus Crew. Currently playing with Sporting Kansas City, Kamara scored his first goal of the season in the 3-0 win, looking even more impressive his celebration and the St. Patrick’s day reference along with C.J. Sapong.

The 23 year old Sapong was probably the best player on the pitch as the team formerly known as the Wizards enjoyed an advantage in men mostly thanks to the 2011 MLS rookie of the year, who later scored his second goal of the season in so many matches. Kamara himself set up the opener for KC, and scored the second off his own miss, blocked by the New England defense.

Heading over to the fans to celebrate in front of them, Sapong and Kamara were thrown green hats to pose with, and the two forwards opened a ‘Lord of the Dance’ type routine to the pleasure of the 19,000 fans.

With the 3-0 win, Kansas City and Houston are the only two teams in the Eastern Conference with a perfect start after two matches in the young 2012 MLS season. Out west, Real Salt Lake and the Vancouver Whitecaps have also won their first two matches of the season.
