Bayern Munich claim the Audi Cup after beating Manchester United 7-6 in the penalty shootout, after the 90 minutes ended in a 0-0 draw. Manchester United started the shootout, and both teams were perfect from the spot for the first twelve kicks. Jonathan Evans’ miss of United’s seventh kick meant that Daniel Van Buyten’s goal gave the cup to the hosts of the tournament.
