Kyrie Irving Dresses as Old Man to Hustle Some Street-Ballers

Kyrie Irving is probably bored without any postseason basketball to participate in, so he goes around dresses as an old man and worms his way into public basketball courts, fooling young and unsuspecting players around the country before springing out his Rookie of the year abilities.

The 2011-2012 Rookie of the year averaged 18.5 points and 5.4 assists per game in a season that was probably a bit better than expected for the Cavs than some might have thought, until Varejao went down. No playoffs on a shortened season means some players still have a lot of hoops in them before they head out to their final summer vacation.

The people at Pepsi Max got Irving to an early make up and fitting session, making him out to look like ‘Uncle Drew’, out and about to go play some street-ball. Using a guy called ‘Kevin’, Drew’s nephew, they brought Irving to a pick-up game in Bloomfield, NJ.

Explaining the cameras? Shooting a documentary on the so called Kevin, who gets his uncle to play in the game for an injured player. At first people don’t really realize what this old man is doing on the court. After Irving shakes off the rust and decided to give up on his acting, amazement from and old dude with a lot of trash talk and some serious skills soon follows.
