Easy game, comfortable game. A great way to start their 2009-2010 league title defense – not an amazing game from Barcelona, who were without Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta and Thierry Henry, but an efficient one with an impressive scoreline and maybe most importantly – Zlatan Ibrahimovic scoring his first goal for Barcelona, which might hasten his adaptation period.

Xavi mastered things in the middle, Pedrito, Bojan and Keita looked very comfortable together in the front and Gijon really didn’t look like a match for the 2009 treble winners.
