Kevin Kilbane Rapping Vanilla Ice’s ‘Ice Ice Baby’

Not playing for your national team doesn’t mean you can’t go to the Euro and have some fun. Kevin Kilbane, part of the RTE group for Euro 2012, entertained Irish fans with a rather successful version of Vanilla Ice’s ‘Ice Ice Baby’, rapping the classic to tune to the delight of Ireland fans.

Kilbane is still playing at the mighty age of 35, spending last season on loan from Hull City with Derby County. He lost his place with the Ireland nation team midway through the Euro 2012 qualifiers, missing out on a game due to a back injury, never returning to the squad again.

Kilbane earned 110 caps for the national side, being part of the 2002 World Cup setup. He played in 66 consecutive matches for the national side, but the back injury stopped his attempt of equalling the record of 70, owned by England’s Billy Wright.
