The number one player in the 2013 recruiting class, Robert Nkemdiche, a defensive end out of Loganville, Georgia, is still undecided about his college football destination, but he’s not alone in that concern, with plenty of undecided young men ready to make their decision as we head into National signing day.

Stacy Coley, WR

One of the top wide receivers in this recruiting class, the young man out of Oakland Park, Florida, took visits to Miami, South Florida and Florida State, his preferred school. According to rumors, a visit from Jimbo Fisher to his home has probably put the Seminoles in the prime position to get him.

Alvin Kamara, RB – It was always going to be between Alabama and Georgia for the kid out of Norcross, Georgia; it just seems he was more impressed with what the campus and the program at Tuscaloosa has to offer – I always got good vibes from Alabama and Tuscaloosa. Everything kind of flows and has a good bit of feng shui about it. Same at Georgia, not as comfortable, but like I said, this was my first time I was really here for an extended amount of time, so I just have to go off that.

Dee Liner, DT – Up until recently, it looked like the 6’3, 275 lbs defensive lineman was heading to Auburn, but the DT out of Muscle Shoals high school has taken several visits to Alabama, and looks more likely to go with the Tide next season.

Antonio Conner, S

Conner looked more like he was going to Auburn during the fall, but after taking visits to Alabama, Auburn and Mississippi, it looks like he’s intent on joining his friend Kailo Moore and go to Ole Miss.

Montravius Adams, DT – New defensive line coach Chris Wilson has made a big impression on Adams since being hired earlier this month, and Adams’ mother has been enamored with Athens and the Georgia coaching staff. He’s visited Florida, Clemson, Alabama and Auburn, but it looks like Georgia will be the place for the kid out of Vienna, Georiga.

Eddie Vanderdoes, DT – Out of Auburn California, his connection to defensive line coach Angus McClure should but UCLA over the top, but USC, Alabama and Notre Dame are still in the picture.

Matthew Thomas, OLB

 

Originally, Thomas was planning on staying in Miami and joining the U, but their flip flopping with his best friend, Denver Kirkland, might have turned him off the Hurricanes, and Florida State look like the most likely to get him at this point.

Laremy Tunsil, OT – The big man (6’6, 295 lbs) out of Lake City, Florida looked much closer to Georgia than anywhere else initially, but rumors suggest that his visit to Ole Miss in late January is setting up a signing day shocker, with the number one offensive lineman in high school football planning to join the Rebels.

Mackensie Alexander, CB – The initial thought process was that he and his twin brother, Mackenro, are a package deal. Auburn have made offers to both of them; Mississippi State as well, although it looks like Texas A&M and Clemson are also very much in the running for Mackensie.

Robert Nkemdiche, DE

The number one ranked player among those coming out of high school, Nkemdiche might be coming out of a Georgia high school, but it’s going to be hard to keep him away from Ole Miss – It would be hard to see myself not going to Ole Miss because it is a family thing. My whole family wants me to go there. They are on the rise and doing a lot of good things. Alabama, LSU and Florida are also in the picture.
