Joao Rojas With the Four-Player Shot Fake (Puebla vs Cruz Azul)

In a big and dramatic win for Cruz Azul over Puebla in the Liga MX Apertura, Ecuadrioan Joao Rojas pulled off a cutback that managed to fake four defenders and the goalkeeper of Puebla to give his team the 2-1 win and score after one of the more impressive tricks we’ve seen in quite some time.

Puebla held the lead since the 27th minute, but Cruz Azul came back in the final 10 minutes of the match, first through the equalizer of Hugo Mariano Pavone, and seven minutes later got the winner from Rojas, who has done very well on his new team since arriving from Morelia and taking up one of the winger spots. It was his first goal of the season.

With the win, Cruz Azul move up to fourth place, keeping them on par with the league leaders, having won 13 points after 7 matches this season.
