Right after scoring twice and being involved in the third as well as Paris Saint-Germain cruised to a 3-0 Champions League winner over Benfica, Zlatan Ibrahimovic took a plane to Bosnia in order to give a dying 8-year old child a chance to fulfill his wish and meet the Swedish star.
Even though Ibrahimovic creates a lot of headlines for negative things, like recently promoting his autobiography by attacking Pep Guardiola through the media once again, there’s quite a lot of good to the PSG striker, who isn’t getting any younger and will be turning 32 today, on and off the pitch.
The mentioned child in Bosnia has a month to live according to the doctors, so a lot of people were scrambled in order to make sure Ibrahimovic caught word of this and would be able to make the kid’s wish, to see his idol before he dies, come true.
So after easily scoring two more goals for PSG in a match that was possibly their easiest this season, and delivering a cheeky heel in the build up for the third goal by Marquinhos, Ibrahimovic boarded a plane to Sarajevo and went on with the business of doing some good in this world that doesn’t have to do with scoring goals.
