DeAndre Jordan Dunking & Hitting Blake Griffin

The lob city phenomenon comes with a little bit of pain to it, as one of the dunks performed by DeAndre Jordan in the 111-98 win by the Los Angeles Clippers over the Golden State Warriors landed right on the head of his teammate Blake Griffin.

The Clippers improved to 46-20 after the win, putting them three games behind the leaders in the West, the San Antonio Spurs. They’re third in the conference, two games behind the Thunder and one game ahead of the Rockets, in what seems to be a much more interesting race than the one in the East.

Griffin finished with 30 points and 15 rebounds in a season that has some believing he deserves to be in the MVP discussion. DeAndre Jordan finished with a double double as well, scoring 10 points to go with his 11 rebounds and 6 blocks, showing his usual arsenal of dunks and not much else.

It’s funny to see that Griffin isn’t too hapy with the ball landing on his face, although he quickly regrouped and congratulated Jordan for the easy 2.
