Game of Thrones – The NBA Version 2.0

The guys (and girls???) over at Bleacherreport aren’t tired of making Game of Thrones videos with NBA connections, releasing another ‘Game of Zones’ cartoon that depicts the Miami Heat waiting in a tower, the San Antonio Spurs marching over the ice and Derrick Rose dreaming again.

The best part of this video is probably the conversation between DeMarcus Cousins, playing the part of one of the Mountain’s men in the show, and the Memphis Grizzlies tandem of Marc Gasol and Mike Conley, depicting the Hound and Arya Stark.

Derrick Rose gets mocked for being injured all the time, portraying the role of the dreaming Bran, while Carlos Boozer (who might not be with the Bulls next season) and Joakim Noah are his Hodor and Reed companions.

There’s the disturbing moon door scene as Phil Jackson, aka Littlefinger, tells Carmelo Anthony that he has only ever loved Jordan and Bryant before pushing a stunned and slightly psychotic Anthony off the Eyrie. In real life, Anthony will be the one doing the shoving, possibly leaving the Knicks this summer.

And there’s Chris Bosh, of course, as the dragon who holds a basketball. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
