Baseball can be boring – When the game sucks, or when it gets rained out. That’s what happened today at Fenway Park in Boston, where the Red Sox were supposed to play the Seattle Mariners, but the summer rains made it so that the only way anyone could see a good ball game while still being at the park this afternoon would be by closing their eyes and imagining they were somewhere else, with sun, and maybe a better team (requested by a dear friend and a Yankee fan).
