Tragic news from Indian football, as Peter Biaksangzuala, a player from Bethlehem Vengthlang FC, dies after falling on his head, celebrating a goal he scored with a failed somersault.

The 23-year old scored a goal in the 3-2 loss to Chanmari West FC, equalizing to 1-1 in the 62nd minute. He went on an acrobatic performance following the goal to celebrate, but landed horribly on his head, resulting in fatal injuries.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital right after his crash landing, where it was revealed he had damaged his spinal cord severely.

After five days in the hospital, Biaksangzuala died from his injury. He was trying to imitate Miroslav Klose in his celebration.
