The New England Patriots faced their most difficult challenge in the New York Jets and overcame, the New York Giants kept the Dallas Cowboys losing streak going, the Seattle Seahawks humiliated the San Francisco 49ers in the first game of week 7 while the Carolina Panthers keep rolling even if it’s not easy on the eyes to watch their offense.
Seattle Seahawks (3-4) 20 Â San Francisco 49ers (2-5) 3:Â The Seahawks held the 49ers to just 142 yards, as Marshawn Lynch ran for 122 yards and a touchdown, hoping that this time they’re able to kickstart their season.
Buffalo Bills (3-4) 31 Â Jacksonville Jaguars (2-5) 34:Â The Bills fell to a 24-point deficit in the second quarter, took a 31-27 lead with 5:21 left in the game after a pick six, and still lost as Blake Bortles found Allen Hurns for a 31-yard touchdown pass with 2:12 left in the game.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-4) 30 Â Washington Redskins (3-4) 31:Â Somehow the Redskins aren’t at the bottom of the division, with Kirk Cousins overcoming the Bucs 24-0 start, throwing three touchdown passes in the second half, including the game winner with 24 seconds left to Jordan Reed.
Atlanta Falcons (6-1) 10 Â Tennessee Titans (1-5) 7:Â The Titans lose for the fifth time in a row as Zach Mettenberger started for Marcus Mariota and was picked off twice (also threw one touchdown pass). Matt Ryan got intercepted twice as well, but his touchdown pass to Julio Jones and a Matt Bryant field goal made the difference.
New Orleans Saints (3-4) 27 Â Indianapolis Colts (3-4) 21:Â A weird game, with the Saints jumping to a 27-0 lead before Andrew Luck, who was booed by the home fans after two interceptions, threw three touchdown passes, including a couple to T.Y. Hilton, one of them for 87 yards.
Minnesota Vikings (4-2) 28 Â Detroit Lions (1-6) 19:Â The Lions are back on the losing trail despite a 17-6 lead in the second quarter. Teddy Bridgewater stopped getting sacked and started connecting with Stefon Diggs, while Adrian Peterson finished with 98 yards.
Pittsburgh Steelers (4-3) 13 Â Kansas City Chiefs (2-5) 23:Â As bad as the Chiefs are without Jamaal Charles, the Landy Jones factor (one touchdowns, two interceptions) worked in their favor. Alex Smith avoided interceptions, Charcandrick West ran for 110 yards and a touchdown.
Cleveland Browns (2-5) 6 Â St. Louis Rams (3-3) 24:Â Todd Gurley had no problem against the worst run defense in the NFL with 128 yards and two touchdowns. The Browns fumbled the ball four times, twice by Josh McCown, who was replaced in the final minutes by Johnny Manziel.
Houston Texans (2-5) 26 Â Miami Dolphins (3-3) 44:Â The Dan Campbell factor is working wonders for the Dolphins, taking a 41-0 lead before allowing the Texans some room to breathe. Ryan Tannehill threw four touchdown passes, while Arian Foster tore his Achilles tendon which isn’t just about ending his season, but possibly his career.
New York Jets (4-2) 23 Â New England Patriots (6-0) 30:Â The Patriots overcome their most difficult game so far this season, turning it up in the fourth quarter after falling 16-20 behind. Tom Brady found Danny Amendola and Rob Gronkowski for two touchdowns that sealed the game.
Oakland Raiders (3-3) 37 Â San Diego Chargers (2-5) 29:Â An embarrassing home loss for the Chargers, facing Derek Carr with three touchdown passes. Philip Rivers was intercepted twice, and going 23-0 in the fourth quarter wasn’t enough for a team losing touch with a possible playoff spot.
Dallas Cowboys (2-4) 20  New York Giants (4-3) 27: Not a very good game for the Giants, but Matt Cassel hasn’t turned things around for the Cowboys, throwing three interceptions, including one for a pick six. After throwing a touchdown pass to Devin Street, tying the game at 20-20, former Cowboys player Dwayne Harris returned the kickoff 100 yards to win the game.
Philadelphia Eagles (3-4) 16 Â Carolina Panthers (6-0) 27:Â Sam Bradford threw an interceptions but not touchdown passes. Cam Newton was intercepted three times but threw one to Mike Tolbert and ran for one himself as the Panthers remain perfect while the Eagles keep on moving through inconsistency.
