The New England Patriots saw their perfect season come to an end in the Colorado Snow against the Denver Broncos, the Carolina Panthers beat up the Dallas Cowboys and Tony Romo on Thanksgiving, the Seattle Seahawks used referees to help them beat the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Washington Redskins enjoyed an awful day from Eli Manning and the New York Giants to tie the lead in the NFC East.

Carolina Panthers (11-0) 33  Dallas Cowboys (3-8) 14: Tony Romo threw three interceptions and re-injured his collarbone, now out for the season. With two pick sixes, Cam Newton didn’t have to do much except run for one touchdown while holding the Cowboys to just 210 yards of offense.

Philadelphia Eagles (4-7) 14  Detroit Lions (4-7) 45: The Lions win for a third time in a row while the Eagles keep falling apart, allowing Matthew Stafford five touchdown passes, three of them caught by Calvin Johnson.

Chicago Bears (5-6) 17  Green Bay Packers (7-4) 13: The first win for the Bears at Lambeau since 2007, it was mostly about the defense holding Aaron Rodgers to 202 yards while intercepting him once. Jay Cutler threw one touchdown pass while the running game did enough of a good job to help dominate the possession time.

Oakland Raiders (5-6) 24  Tennessee Titans (2-9) 21: The Titans are now 0-6 at home, giving up a Derek Carr touchdown pass to Seth Roberts with 1:21 left in the game. Carr and Mariota both threw three touchdown passes. Carr turned the ball over once (fumble), Mariota threw two interceptions.

Buffalo Bills (5-6) 22  Kansas City Chiefs (6-5) 30: The Chiefs have turned around their season, now winning for a fifth time in a row behind two touchdown passes from Alex Smith and another good day on the ground from Spencer Ware with 114 yards and a touchdown. Despite a strong day for Tyrod Taylor both on the ground and throwing the ball, the two fumbles by him and LeSean McCoy meant the Bills lose two in a row.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-6) 12  Indianapolis Colts (6-5) 25: Matt Hasselbeck and the Colts remain undefeated in his starts, as he avoided turnovers and threw two touchdown passes, while the Colts defense shut down the Bucs in the second half, leaving them on 12 points.

New York Giants (5-6) 14  Washington Redskins (5-6) 20: The Giants are still wondering how they lost this game, falling to 0-20 before two late touchdowns almost brought them back. Eli Manning threw three interceptions while Kirk Cousins threw one TD pass and ran for another, as the Redskins won the possession battle 36-to-24 minutes.

New Orleans Saints (4-7) 6  Houston Texans (6-5) 24: The Texans are on a roll, even with Brian Hoyer (two TDs, one INT) at quarterback, holding Drew Brees without a touchdown pass for the first time in 45 games. The Texans gained 167 yards on the ground and J.J. Watt picked up two more sacks.

Minnesota Vikings (8-3) 20  Atlanta Falcons (6-5) 10: The Vikings cement their lead in the NFC North with a fantastic defensive performance, forcing three turnovers including two interceptions by Matt Ryan, as the Falcons lose a fifth game in six outings. Adrian Peterson is in monster form, rushing for 158 yards and a couple of touchdowns.

St. Louis Rams (4-7) 7  Cincinnati Bengals (9-2) 31: The Bengals are back on the winning trail as three touchdown passes from Andy Dalton (one interception as well) and 140 yards on the ground did the job, while Nick Foles possibly started for the last time for the Rams, throwing three interceptions.

San Diego Chargers (3-8) 31  Jacksonville Jaguars (4-7) 25: Philip Rivers has too good of a season to win so few games, and it’s nice of the Jags to make the Chargers believe in something again. Rivers threw four touchdown passes without a turnover for the Chargers first road win of the season.

Miami Dolphins (4-7) 20  New York Jets (6-5) 38: Ryan Fitzpatrick threw four touchdown passes and the Jets ran for 137 yards while the Dolphins had a total of 12 rushing yards, turning the ball over twice and not coming back from getting outscored 21-0 after the kickoff.

Arizona Cardinals (9-2) 19  San Francisco 49ers (3-8) 13: A tough win for the Cardinals, with just one touchdown against a stubborn 49ers defense. Carson Palmer broke the 13-13 tie with a touchdown run 2:28 from the end of the fourth quarter to win the game.

Pittsburgh Steelers (6-5) 30  Seattle Seahawks (6-5) 39: Very little defense, Russell Wilson with 5 touchdown passes and the usual help from the officials stood out in the Seahawks beating the Steelers, mostly thanks to Pittsburgh quarterbacks throwing four interceptions.

New England Patriots (10-1) 24  Denver Broncos (9-2) 30: Brock Osweiler bounced back from a rough start while the Broncos defense took out the Patriots running game and made thing difficult (at times) for Tom Brady. C.J. Anderson ran for 113 yards and two touchdowns, including the overtime 48-yard TD to win the game, ending the Patriots perfect season.
