At the end of this season, Jay Cutler becomes a free agent, and there’s been some real debate among those making the decisions for the Chicago Bears whether to give him a new contract, making him their franchise quarterback, or to go in another direction after a tenure filled with disappointments and not enough postseason.

New York Giants – Eli Manning Isn’t the Worst Anymore
That weird feeling of not being the worst quarterback and team out there on the field is certainly a revelation to the New York Giants and Eli Manning this season, who might not have anything left to play for but feeling good about themselves, and witnessing there are worse run organizations in the NFL.

Philadelphia Eagles – Nick Foles Taking Over For Michael Vick
There hasn’t been too much of playing time for Nick Foles this season, but the longer Michael Vick sits out with his injury and the better Foles fills his role for the Philadelphia Eagles, a passing of the torch between the quarterbacks is more and more likely.

NFL Rumors – Arizona Cardinals Will Bench Carson Palmer
The Arizona Cardinals (3-3 so far this season) can’t afford to keep letting Carson Palmer play this badly, but there’s more than just quarterback issues to their inferiority against the best teams in the NFC West, beginning with the offensive line, that has been playing very poorly for the last couple of years.
