2013 College Football Season – Ranked Teams Losing & Upsets Already Begin
The beginning of the College Football season brought with it (so far) losses of three ranked teams, as Georgia (losing to Clemson) and TCU (losing to LSU) weren’t really subject to an upset due to the quality of their rivals, but Boise State being destroyed by Washington was more than a slightly surprising result, and so was Oregon State losing to Eastern Washington.

LSU Tigers – Jarvis Landry Makes Zach Mettenberger Look Like a Star
It’s been a very long time since so little has been expected of LSU in terms of being a factor in the SEC title debate. And yet with a young defense and Zach Metternberger fighting the doubters at quarterback, Les Miles came out smiling, happy, and victorious after Jarvis Landry made his quarterback look better than he actually was during the game.

South Carolina Gamecocks – Mike Davis Feels At Home as Starting Running Back
Most of the talk surrounding South Carolina entering the new season had to do with Jadeveon Clowney, but the Heisman hopeful had one of his weakest performances in recent memory. On the other hand, Mike Davis, new to the starting role at running back, had no problem gaining yards and scoring a touchdown as the Gamecocks kicked off their season with a bit of sloppiness.

2013 College Football Season – USC vs Hawaii Predictions

2013 College Football Season – North Carolina vs South Carolina Predictions
The first Top 25 game of the new season will be between teams you’d expect to find a slightly bigger rivalry between, as North Carolina with plenty of expectations this season in the ACC come and pay a visit to the South Carolina Gamecocks, hoping to build on the best two seasons in school history.

2013 College Football Rankings – Preseason Edition
No surprises at the top of the preseason top 25, with the national champions Alabama looking like huge favorites to stay at number one by the end of the season, and the SEC having six teams overall in the top 12. Ohio State seem like the only real BCS hope coming from the Big Ten, while the Pac-12 will probably have to choose between Oregon and Stanford as its best team, hopefully making it to the title game this time.
