The Internet exploded when Kyrie Irving and the rest of the world found out his girlfriend, Kehlani, cheated on him with her ex, rapper PARTYNEXTDOOr, through Instagram. The memes came pretty fast.
So Jahron Anthony Brathwaite, the real name of the rapper, posted a photo on Instagram (which has since been deleted) and wrote After all her shenanigans, still got the R&B singer back in my bed. Kehlani, an R&B Singer who has been dating Irving for a few months, posted some wall of words about being in a dark place or something. It only made the situation even more hilarious for those viewing this from their computer screens or cellphones.
While most of the memes focused on Irving getting cheated on and the Party Next Door wordplay, LeBron James was also inserted (as was the Crying Michael Jordan meme), as meme makers made fun of how he’s about to leave Cleveland too.
These things happen quite a lot to everyone. But Irving is one of the better known players in the NBA. In the era of Twitter, Instagram and social media picking up everything and spreading news and rumors out like wildfire, a personal thing like this turns into a joke for the entire world to share.
