Manchester United Easily Handle Blackburn, Win 2-0

Blackburn continued their tour of disaster, this time coming to Old Trafford and despite United shooting 25 times at Paul Robinson’s goal (six on target), came away with a reasonable 2-0 defeat, and have a claim for injustice as Nikola Kalinic saw his goal disqualified by a wrong referee decision.

Berbatov (4th goal of the season) and Rooney (7th goal) did the second half damage and United stay close to Chelsea, staying at second, two points behind the Blues. Next week they meet. Blackburn remain just above the bottom three with 10 points in 10 games.
