It’s nice that fans want to show support by making certain hype videos for their favorite school, but the ‘All About the State’ in support of Mississippi State, riffing on the annoying Meghan Trainor ‘All About The Bass’ hit, is another example of why these people should stop making these clips.
It’s a YouTube hit, but for the wrong reasons. The singing is bad, the idea of replacing the words is terrible, and it simply seems amateurish. It’s hard to hide the excitement around everything the Bulldogs are about this season. They’ve been ranked as the number one team for a a month (October 12) on the AP Poll and on all three releases by the College Football Playoff committee.
Success at this level is quite new to the Bulldogs, although they still have to win in Alabama and Oxford in order to remain on top, with many hungry challengers waiting for their downfall.
