Spain’s Euro 2012 Anthem – No Hay Dos Sin Tres By David Bisbal, Cali & El Dandee

No song from any nation can really eclipse the weirdness/awesomeness of Jarzebina’s tune for the Polish effort in Euro 2012, but not all national team songs have to be that weird. Like ‘No Hay Dos Sin Tres’, sung by David Bisbal, Cali & El Dandee, backing the Spanish team of course.

This one doesn’t play on any national stereotypes or anything like that. Just a simple modern kind of tune about Spain winning a third straight title after the 2008 Euro and the 2010 World Cup. Everything happens in three’s or something like that.

The Spanish anthem for the Euro has a bit of star power behind it – David Bisbal is a Grammy winning singer, selling over 5 million records in Spain and America thus far. Cali & El Dandee are a pop duo from Colombia actually, nailing a huge hit  in the Spanish speaking world with Yo Te Esperaré.

Spain, the champions and favorites (according to some) entering the tournament, were drawn into Group C, along with Italy, Croatia and Ireland. Spain play their first match on Sunday, June 10, facing Italy in a highly anticipated clash and a replay of the Euro 2008 quarter final, won by Spain after a penalty shootout.
