Frank Lampard – One Goal Out of Three Scored Penalties

Out of today’s 1-1 draw between London rivals Chelsea and West Ham, the most memorable incident will undoubtedly be Chelsea’s equalizer from the penalty spot through Frank Lampard, as he had to take the kick three times, with the first two attempts (which he netted in) were disqualified for encroaching players. Mike Dean is responsible for this weird occurrence, which shouldn’t be a penalty at all if he’d be wearing his glasses and the linesman had some guts to correct Mr. Dean. Chelsea, by the way, lead the league by 4 points now after Manchester United’s 3-0 loss yesterday against Fulham. West Ham? They’ll be entering the Christmas matches ranked 19th, with 15 points.
