A fantastic goal by Brazilian wing back Douglas Maicon opened the scoring in Inter’s 2-0 win over Juventus, which put them back (temporarily at least) at the top of the Serie A, aiming at a fifth consecutive championship in Italy and getting ready for their Champions league clash with Barcelona on Tuesday. Either way, Maicon’s juggling act provided one of the best scoring displays of the season in Europe.

They are a very strong home side, but the knockout stages have also proven their worth away from Milano, beating CSKA and Chelsea in the second legs, coming as the visitors. They are a very strong and organized at the the back, and although Barcelona are efficient “bunker busters”, the third time around might finally go the nerazzurri’s way.
