LeBron Chooses Miami

LeBron James announced just a few minutes ago that he’ll join the Miami Heat, saying he felt he has a chance to compete down there. I don’t know what he was doing in Cleveland, but I thought that was competing too. So ends the biggest free agency saga of modern history – LeBron James, after seven seasons with the Cavs, winning two MVP awards and finishing the last two seasons with very painful exits, is joining Dwyane Wade, who already has an NBA title and Chris Bosh, who is also seeking his first ring, more money and better weather. Good luck to the team that instantly became the favorites to win the Atlantic division, no matter who’s staying with them there.

And I’m sure a lot feel exactly the same. Reports and predictions state that the city is going to take a major financial hit now that James left town. Maybe that’s a bit of exaggerating, maybe not, but still, James meant a lot of cash to city, besides the potential success and glory his presence portrayed. Just to remind you again how pissed off people are about all this here’s the video. Below are just some of stuff Cavs fans have burnt and/or will never buy again. […]
