Not a great game for the Oakland Raiders in a 12-20 preseason loss, but Derek Carr and Amari Cooper looked good on the best play of the game while Latavius Murray showed once more why he’s the best running back on this team.
Carr completed 4-of-8 passes for 78 yards but there’s no doubt he has more offensive options in front of him in 2015 compared to his rookie year.
Carr found Cooper on a 40-yard pass, the longest completion for anyone in this game, and did lead a 75-yard drive that ended with Murray running in two yards for the touchdown. The #1 running back for the Raiders finished with 20 yards on four carries.
Another running back who looked good was Michael Dyer with 45 yards on 12 carries, whie Trent Richardson looks closer and closer to getting cut with five carries and five yards.
