2013 College Football Season – Week 3 Rankings
Not a lot of movement in the top 25, as even the Alabama win over Texas A&M dropped the Aggies only four spots, keeping them among the top 10. Oregon kept their place and first place vote thanks to a big win over Tennessee, while Ole Miss were the biggest risers after beating Texas, while Arizona State and Texas Tech made it into the rankings for the first time in 2013.

2013 College Football Season – Week 2 Rankings
It didn’t really surprise anyone that Alabama remained at the top of the Top 25 despite not playing, while Clemson continued rising into the top 3 while Oregon remained as the second best team in the nation, with Georgia enjoying a return into the top 10 thanks to their win over South Carolina, while Ole Miss and Miami bounce in the poll for the first time this season.

2013 College Football Rankings – Preseason Edition
No surprises at the top of the preseason top 25, with the national champions Alabama looking like huge favorites to stay at number one by the end of the season, and the SEC having six teams overall in the top 12. Ohio State seem like the only real BCS hope coming from the Big Ten, while the Pac-12 will probably have to choose between Oregon and Stanford as its best team, hopefully making it to the title game this time.

Making the final rankings of the 2012-2013 college basketball season is rather easy than making a top 25 during the season itself, as Louisville made it quite simple by beating Michigan in the NCAA Tournament final, claiming their third national championship, leading a group of four teams from the Big East in the final standings.

Getting wins on the road against big rivals continues to be an issue in the top conferences, but Indiana, for now, are holding on to the top spot after two huge victories, including against state rivals Purdue. Undefeated (in the ACC) Miami and Gonzaga (In the WCC) are also receiving top spot votes in the latest College Basketball rankings.

The last time Michigan were sitting on top of the basketball world was 20 years ago, when the fab five were still playing. A number one ranking doesn’t mean they’re national champions just yet, but it does say people are thinking they’re closer than they have been in quite some time.

Too Early College Football 2013 Rankings
Are things going to be different in 2013? Who knows. Still, it’s always fun speculation, and it’s not a really bold assumption saying Alabama will be the early season favorites; Texas A&M will be the closest thing to a challenger in the SEC, while Oregon, Stanford and Ohio State will also have hopes of winning a national title.
