This means that they’re not aggressively trying to trade him, but they’re certainly willing to hear some offers, with the Houston Texans, Arizona Cardinals, Jacksonville Jaguars and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers possibly interested.

Jacksonville Jaguars Rumors – Trading Maurice Jones-Drew
In one of the most obvious scenarios before the trade deadline of the 2013 NFL season, the Jacksonville Jaguars are looking for teams who’d want to take a chance on an aging, declining running back named Maurice Jones-Drew, who has no chance of playing for his current team after this season. For now, it seems there’s some interest from the New York Jets, Dallas Cowboys, St. Louis Rams and San Diego Chargers.
